If you are receiving a blank white screen when trying to log in, the error sometimes happens in Google Chrome if your installed version is out of date. Typically, updating Chrome and clearing it's cache will resolve the error. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Update Chrome
- Click the
icon at the far right of the browser's toolbar
- Select Settings from the menu
- Click About Chrome at the bottom of the left-navigation
- If you are not on the latest version of Chrome, you will see an Update button to click.
- The latest version will be installed and Chrome will restart
Step 2: Clear the browser's cache
- Navigate back to the Settings menu
- Click Privacy and Security in the left-navigation
- Click Delete browsing data
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Delete data
When you complete these steps, try accessing ParentNotices again. If you are still receiving the error, contact ParentNotices support.
Brisk Teaching Extension

icon at the far right of the browser's toolbar
- Select Extensions > Manage Extensions
- Locate the Brisk Teaching tile
- Click the toggle in the bottom-right corner of the tile to disable the extension
- Follow the same steps to enable the extension when you are done using ParentNotices
